- (1903-1940) Hired by MGM in 1925 at the age of 22, Ruth Harriet Louise became Hollywood's first woman of photography, and created some of the most famous images of Greta Garbo, Joan Crawford, Buster Keaton, Marion Davies, Lon Chaney, Douglas Fairbanks, Jr., Myrna Loy, and so many other great Hollywood stars.
